What Can Moving Forward Do For You During the COVID -19 Pandemic and Safer at Home?

    Senior Move Managers

    Our Services

  •

Faith Morledge-Realtor with Sprinkman Real Estate: Response regarding essential business. Yes as realtors we are an essential business. We will continue to do our business utilizing 3D imaging in addition to the traditional photos for listings. Buyers will be able to virtually walk through the home. We also are offering video/FT tours for our buyers. In-person showings are done with extreme caution to protect both buyers and sellers. Our hours, always here to assist.

Zoe’s Pizzeria is considered essential and still operation under normal business hours.
We are trying to limit the number of customers coming into the store by offering Curbside Pickup . For Delivery we are offering standard delivery or Contactless Delivery, where we ring the doorbell and leave your food outside the front door. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available for any Customers coming into the store. We have temporarily suspended our Lunch time offering of “pizza by the slice”. Alternatively we are now offering a 10” thin crust pizza available from 10:30am-2:30pm, 7 days a week.
To keep both our employees and customers safe, employees will be required to check their temperature at the start of every shift and report it to a manager. We are also continually sanitizing all phones, handles, computer stations, door knobs, equipment etc..throughout the day and in between usage by employees. Our delivery drivers are sanitizing the interior of the cars at the start of each shift as well as sanitizing their hands in between each delivery and every time they enter the store. These measures are in addition to the normal sanitizing and cleaning we do each day as well as washing our hands multiple times all day long.
Suttle-Straus is providing essential services of print and mail as a supplier to other essential businesses. We are operating from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with a limited team on site, with much of our workforce operating from home. Our team is ready and available for any immediate communication needs: graphic design, printed collateral, direct mail, and signage.
Carl F. Statz & Sons: We are an essential business in Agriculture.  We have shortened out hours to 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri and 8am til noon on Saturday. We only let people in the front entrance of our building and meet them at door to keep distance.  We are offering pick up service and customers can also just drop off equipment and call us for service too.
Joy Meyer of US Cellular:  We are considered essential and are still open for business with shortened hours 10-5 Mon-Sat. Closed on Sunday. We do offer curb side service so that customers won’t need to enter the store, merely call in with their needs from the parking lot. Also we’re encouraging payments be called into customer service rather than dropped at the store.

In store, we have every other sales desk open for appropriate social distancing and a maximum of 10 people on site at all times. Quality Cellular has benefits and payment arrangements with our associates with the shortened hours. With the lack of traffic will come a lack of commissions for our employees but we’ve worked hard at our warehouse over the past 2 weeks to make sure we are taking care of those on the front line.

For quarantine, we are running a Charging Special of BOGO 50% off (equal or lesser value) which can be nice during these times of increased communication and app usage.

Chad Beery of Redbox+: Redbox+ is deemed essential as we are directly tied to the construction industry. In addition, since we haul waste (construction and demolition (C&D), municipal solid waste (MSW) and human waste from our portable toilets (septage)), we are essential too. We can operate 24/7 and can do emergency service if needed (for example, restoration companies may need a dumpster immediately after a water loss, storm, or other disaster regardless if it's day or night).

Barb Ravenscroft of Wausau Homes: We are an essential business and still operating remotely.  We can do zoom meetings or contact us by phone at (608) 850-7074.  Remote hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.  Evenings and weekends by appointment.

    Update on hours from Colin Brown of U.S. Bank Waunakee: Lobby-Closed / Drive-Thru • Monday-Friday: 9:30am - 4:00pm • Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm.

Link to U.S. Bank for SBA lending, deferment for current clients with loans and discounted rates for businesses looking for loans / lines for purposes other than payroll. The SBA Program is digitally set up to accept applications from both customers and non-customers.

State Farm Insurance, Troy Salisbury shares: “Insurance” is deemed essential in WI, however, we are working remotely to help stop the spread. We are still maintaining normal office hours. People can still reach us by calling our main number (608) 850-6444 or emailing us, but our doors are closed to the public. We have a drop box in the front though for people that like to stop by and drop off payments or necessary documents.

  • The Waunakee Food Pantry is an essential business and are busy with our new “service delivery method” for distributing food to families. We have not changed our hours but have moved to a driveup only service during our open hours. And yes, we have seen an increase in usage of the Waunakee Food Pantry in the last 2 weeks. Would you please add our information to your weekly newsletter for both our clients and volunteers.

Please see our website for most all information. Here is some additional information regarding our current needs:

We have free delivery and curbside pickups.

  •

Greiber Heating & Sheet Metal is an essential business that is open 24-hour emergency service for furnace and air conditioning repair. Stay safe!

  • Minuteman Press owners Chris & Lynn Kenney have made a committment to do whatever they can even when their business has been affected by less customers and unpaid bills for services.

In addition to social workers, first responders, mom n' pop grocery stores, along with larger companies that can't get masks, Minuteman Press is donating them as a way to help those in need and to keep our community safe. They are making 750 masks everyday and donating approximately 500 masks every two days!

They are also offering free printing to all Waunakee School students who don't have home printers.

And they donated their time and discounted printing services for the recent Open for Business mailing to the entire 53597 zipcode in partnership with the Chamber & Village. Thank you!

  • Over the past couple of weeks, people and companies have introduced unique ways to conduct
their business either from their home or essential business location. Spectrum Business has many service options to help fulfill these requirements to ensure a continuance of business in our community.

    Options Include:

    • Home based internet to stay connection to office requirements
    • Seasonal hold of services while stay at home orders are in effect
    • Complete analysis of business telecommunication services
    • Temporary removal of unnecessary services to save costs
    • Call Forwarding of installed business phone to a business mobile phone
